How do I qualify? 
You must be:

  • An Australian citizen or resident.
  • Over 18 years old.
  • Be employed, self-employed or a self-funded retiree.

How much can I borrow?
The minimum loan amount is $2,000, with a maximum amount of $30,000.

What can I borrow for? 
Home improvements and travel, however we look to keep adding to this list. Please chat with our consultants to get an updated list of what you can use Freedom Money on. 

What’s the interest rate?

  • From 11.9% for home improvement loans and 14.9% for personal loans.
  • Comparison rate is 13.22% per annum based on average loan of $20,000 over 36 months.

What terms are available?
The minimum term is 6 months and maximum is 60 months.

Can I pay out the loan early?
If you wish to make an early payment on your loan we don't charge any early payment or early termination fees.

What’s the application process?
Our application process is very simple and easy. Open our application form, select how much you’re after and for how long, then fill in your info. The application should only take you about 5 minutes.  The process is paperless and you’ll receive a quick decision via email. You will sign electronically, which makes the process even smoother. 

How long does it take for approval?
We aim to provide you a decision within an hour. To expedite the process, make sure you give us as much information as possible (and check that it's accurate) during your application.
