FREEDOM PAY - Frequently asked questions (FAQ's)
What do I need to get started to verify my identity?
We only need the following basic information to prove identity through our secure online platform:
- Full Name
- DOB
- Address
- Email Address
- Phone number
How much extra am I paying on top of what I’ve borrowed?
There is a monthly admin fee of $6.00 per month.
What’s the maximum repayment term?
The Maximum repayment term is 4 Months per purchase.
Can I change my repayment length after I apply?
Your repayment length cannot be changed after application has been submitted, however if you choose to pay out earlier than originally applied for, you will not be charged the remaining months' admin Fees.
When will my first payment be taken?
Your first payment is determined by yourself which works as the following Scale
- Weekly – Will be within a week of application date
- Fortnightly- Will be within a fortnight of application date
- Monthly – Will be within a month of application date
What if I have difficulty paying on time?
Please send us an email outlining the change in your circumstances to info@freedomleisure.com.au and one of our friendly staff will get in touch with you.
Are there late fees / penalties
There is a $10.00 late fee applied to dishonoured payments that are not fixed up within the business day on the account.
How do I check what I still owe?
You can check it via the Freedom Pay online portal. Alternatively, you can email your request to info@freedomleisure.com.au or contact us on 1300 261 641.
Am I making a credit application?
There is no credit application being submitted so your credit score will not be impacted using our services
How much can I borrow?
There is a Maximum amount of $1000
Do I have to pay everything off before I can use the product of service?
As soon as the payment has been approved, you have effectively purchased the good or service in the same way as using a credit card.
How long will my application take to be approved?
If your application is submitted during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm AEST), the approval process can be processed within minutes.
